  I just wanted to share my awesome experience in the store yesterday! From start to finish i was pleased with how when I first walked into the store I was asked if I needed help with anything, I explained and she gave me a hand. I told her I wanted to try this item on and the other girl at the change room was extremely helpful with talking to me about the fit.Overall very enjoyable experience, I wish I got their names. Employees like this should definitely be noticed!

  I went to that store on Wednesday. A friend I went with found a piece of clothing she liked. I used a QR code to check inventory, and when I didn't like the stitching on the piece, I asked the employee to exchange it for a new one. But the employee checked the inventory and said it was out of stock. So I asked another employee, and they brought me a new piece, so I could buy it. But I think the employee was being racist. It was as if she was telling me they didn't have the item in stock because I'm Asian. How could someone who wasn't a white supremacist say something like that? The other female employee was really kind and even apologized to me. I use this place often and it was very unpleasant.

  I was appalled by the management's behavior during my recent visit. I witnessed a manager named Jessica shouting at and mistreating a sales associate in the middle of the store. As a parent shopping with two small children, I found this incredibly unprofessional and distressing. I chose to leave the store right away to set a better example for my kids. Never supporting this store again.

  Very bad service and very cocky!!! They don’t welcome when you have a complaint and also they don’t work together with online support. I talked to online and got approved but one girl in the store is kind of compromised and the other is totally not. She said her store policy said NO that they don’t have to honor whatever online said!!!! I didn’t feel good vibe about this location especially when you are not white! I’ll stay far AWAY and my money is well spent somewhere else that needs business.

  I just wanted to give a big shout out and Nelson who provided me with excellent customer service. He took the time in explaining to me the fits and benefits of the different product men's clothing lines that Lululemon offered. As well he answered all the questions I had and helped me in deciding to purchase a license to train hoodie as well as a license to train short sleeve shirt. He is a great and hopefully I will see him again for my next Lululemon shopping trip. As well I wanted to give kudos to the blonde haired young lady who helped me checkout this evening. She was very friendly and ensured that my shopping experience ended on a good note.
