  Lululemon is always a quality brand. I love that it’s Canadian. They’ve sponsored team Canada. Tbh it looks like the outfits for the athletes are more so made for homeless people or airport like a sleeping bag???

  I came in earlier today looking for some workout shorts, and Stephanie and tech in the fitting room were just fabulous. Nothing I pulled was working and they made sure to show me alternate options and get me something right!

  This was my first time shopping at Lululemon, and unfortunately, it will probably be my last. On the afternoon of February 7, 2026, after trying on several outfits, a male staff member working in the fitting room area approached me and said, “I just want to take your NOs.” I genuinely did not understand what he meant. From my background and shopping experience, that phrase is not commonly used, and I assumed he meant he wanted to take notes or help bring items to the cashier, which is what many stores usually do. So I told him which items I planned to purchase and which ones I was not taking, which, in my understanding, directly answered the question he asked. Instead of simply acknowledging or clarifying, he became visibly impatient and repeated, “I just want to take your NOs,” then turned his head away. He did not look back and had a very unpleasant expression. He could have easily just said “thank you” or explained more clearly in a polite way, but instead chose to respond in a dismissive manner. As a global brand known for “legendary service,” I believe staff should be trained to communicate more inclusively and respectfully, especially considering customers come from different cultural and language backgrounds. Very casual or unclear expressions may not be easily understood by everyone. This interaction completely ruined my first shopping experience at Lululemon. This is a formal complaint about that employee’s attitude and lack of professionalism. I hope the company reflects on how frontline staff communicate so future customers, especially first-time shoppers, can feel welcomed and inclusive rather than dismissed.

  Was greeted and helped by a kind lady, and Winston closed it all off wonderfully with his friendliness and cheer. Market Mall Lulu Lemon couldn’t get any better! Thanks guys!
