Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

Her product knowledge was incredible, and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gifts for my wife and daughter. She made the whole experience fun, easy, and completely stress-free. Outstanding customer service — Megan is truly a star and a huge asset to the store. I’ll definitely be back and hope to have her help me again!

- NFNima FardJan 3, 20261.0I recently bought a toque in Banff over the holiday. I wore it for about ten minutes and took it off because it was way too tight. When I got back home in Calgary I went to return it and they said they would not give me a store credit or return any money. Their reasoning was that I did not provide them with the tags or the receipt. Lululemon has the technology to look up my purchase by scanning the credit card that I purchased the hat with. When I offered that solution to the cashier they rejected it. Costco does this. In this retail landscape if you do not have a return policy like Costco, then you are a dinosaur. I will NEVER shop there again and will subsequently sell my Lulu stock. I also told the cashier they could keep the toque. This event cost me $50 bit it was an invaluable lesson on where I will spend my money in the future so thank you Lulu.
- ATAmy TJan 2, 20261.0Purchased a hoodie before the holidays (Dec 19) and went to change the size afterwards (Dec 27). The hoodie was now $40 less. They refused to honour the sale price. I ask the person helping me if I could return it and repurchase it at the sale price and he said “we don’t really want to do that”. I decided to return the item anyways for a full refund. Even though the item was within the return policy they offered me a gift card at first instead of my money back… That’s one way to lose a sale.
