  Great experience at this location. Shannon Warkentine was our advisor and I have to admit she made us feel very special and well taken care of. I wish LV stores hire more people like Shannon ,10/10 experience !

  Judgemental staff. Said hello to the worker and they just stared at me. Even if I wanted to buy something, I would've have due to the staffs and stores attitude. If you have allergies the store reeks of artificial smells. But honestly the quality of the items aren't that good. Bad customer service or even human decency

  Louis Vuitton has always stood for artistry, refinement, and the subtle theatre of service. Yet during a recent visit to this boutique, I was reminded that true luxury depends not only on what is displayed, but on how one is received. I entered with purpose.. to purchase a fragrance. The setting was immaculate, softly lit, and curated to perfection. Yet, for several minutes, I was left standing, fragrance in hand, as five associates moved around me without acknowledgment. Each carried themselves with polished composure, yet none extended even the smallest courtesy of eye contact or greeting. It was not overt neglect, but the quieter kind that speaks more loudly.. a lapse in attentiveness that dulls the very essence of the Maison. Then Sarah R. noticed. Her awareness was immediate, her presence assured yet gentle. She approached with quiet confidence, her tone warm and composed, her manner elegant without affectation. Every gesture, the cadence of her conversation, the care in her handling, the refinement in her presentation, spoke to an understanding that true luxury lies in empathy, not excess. She transformed an otherwise disappointing encounter into something quietly memorable. Sarah R. is the embodiment of the Louis Vuitton spirit: poised, perceptive, and profoundly human.   Just because you work at Louis Vuitton doesn't make you "higher class" than the customers actually buying. Worst customer service. Hypercritical workers who think they're better than everyone else.
