  No one approached me or greeted me upon entering the store. One of the sales associates did follow me around all over the store, and only offered to help after nearly crashing into me once i turned a corner, because she lots sight of me. She was literally running around after me in the store, not to help, because she never offered to help but to stalk me. It made me feel so uncomfortable, I left without making a purchase.

  For the very frist time i want in to this store the staff were so horrible and bad they would not let me touch a handbag and the employee keep asking me how much i was willing to spend and the manager came to talk to me and she had a look at me and asked me if i know what store i was at i was speechless i asked why she said that everything in the store is very expensive omg its shame because i just won 649 lottery and I wanted treat my self but i guess they judged you at the door by how you dress which is horrible i hope the owner of this company or store can see this because its very sad how they treat people i will never go in this store again first time and last time to the store manager i toke my money and i when to bass pro at cross iron mills and bought my self a boat where i was not judged by how i was dressed. You should not judge people by there appearance horrible behaviour disgusting customer service

  I had a wonderful experience at the Louis Vuitton Chinook Centre branch. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. My advisor, Shaniye, was amazing; very approachable, helpful, and attentive. She really listened to what I was looking for. I'm truly happy with my purchase.❤️

  Went into this store for the first time today. I was hesitant based on reviews, however I had been eyeing a bag for quite some time. To put this out there as ive read comments about employees being judgemental, I am covered in tattoos. Anyway, walked in and was immediately greeted by an associate. Then another lovely lady came over and asked to assist me. Her name was Tina. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had. She was extremely patient with my inability to make a choice based on so many options. She packaged my bag beautifully with a couple free perfume samples included. I truly believe everyone has their own experience and mine was fantastic. Go see Tina!

  Spent 10 minutes walking around. No one asked to help. They were quite obviously all over the Asian buyers. When we did ask for pricing the eye roll was hilarious. The workforce here is a horrible representation for the LV brand. Walked in wanting to spend a few grand and walked out happy not to leave any money with this horrible store. Absolutely pathetic. Keep on judging books by their covers, you will loose a ton of money.
