Kid waiting out the front looked like he worked there and was waiting for someone to show up and open. In the 10 mins we sat there, 4 other people tried to open the door then left. I guess they don't care about things like opening times and making sales? Weird for a retail store in this economy. One of the guys who arrived and left also said it's not the first time, happened to him a couple of months ago. So try and shop here if you dare, I guess.
- DDD.O.DJan 21, 20263.0Unfortunately the customer service was not existent. I was in the store for over 15 mins before i decided if I'm going to be ignored I'll spend my money at the online store. I love the brand but if the staff thinks it's better to stand around talking to each other or cleaning rather than serving customers the online store maybe peoples only option sooner than later.
