Spent more than 30 minutes looking at different shoes and other stuff not one staff member came up to me and asked if I needed any help. Pathetic service and overpriced. You get better value and selection at the outlet stores in Crossiron mills.

I encounter employee named JEN today. I went there to return shoes bought. I was returning before time and with tags and labels. Jen told me the shoes is worn and I cant return it. It was tried not worn because of course you have to try it right. I bought it from Cross iron location and the reason why I was coming at this location because I had a surgery and can’t drive that much far. I explained her everything and she gave me such a hard time and said Sorry but I have to go to cross iron location to return it. I still explained her I can’t drive still she said No. I was so upset and disappointed
by her-who is representing DSW. Thankfully, my husband went to cross iron location and they even bothered to ask me anything and the return was so smooth over there. I just have a request to sunridge location management that please guide your staff and teach them about customer service. The other location was excellent with their customer service. I am just having regrets to went this location and wasted my time and energy. Thank you JEN for NOTHING. You ruined my day.

Olivia is very knowledgeable in her product and I was very impressed as I can tell she takes pride in the work she does! She’s doing right by the brand that’s for sure.
