  The staff here are not very friendly. They make you feel like you’re not worthy enough to take a look at their bags. I had asked if they had a particular bag in stock, the SA literally just pointed to the one on display and didn’t bother to walk over to show it. Other luxury brand stores are so good at showing you things without even asking. She seemed annoyed I even asked to see anything.FYI It was NOT busy. I bought a purse here and came by to ask for a clasp that shortened the chain as they were out of stock when I got mine. The SA asked for my name and phone number that was on file. She found it. Then proceeded to tell me “we usually need proof of purchase to give these out” gave it to me anyway. SHE LITERALLY FOUND MY PROOF OF PURCHASE in their system. I don’t know if Chanel encourages their staff to be this way to be more “exclusive” but so off putting.

  My husband I went to the Calgary store on Saturday and Natasha really made our experience very enjoyable.. she was professional and has a great sense of humour. She took her time with us and we never felt rushed. To be honest she could train the sales associates at Chanel Yorkdale as they are very cold there. Natasha also showed us a few other items. I would really recommend her if you are looking for a SA at this location. We will be back for sure.

  I have called this store 3 days in a row regarding a $6000+ phone order made by my American Express concierge. Constant run arounds saying I needed to wait for a manager if we wanted to do an exchange, sure that sounds fair. Made an appointment and got moved because manager wasn’t available. Sure, things happen. Made an appointment again, got moved. Compared to other Chanel’s around this is definitely not up to brand standards.
