Constant run arounds saying I needed to wait for a manager if we wanted to do an exchange, sure that sounds fair. Made an appointment and got moved because manager wasn’t available. Sure, things happen. Made an appointment again, got moved. Compared to other Chanel’s around this is definitely not up to brand standards.
