  On December 18, 2025, I purchased two Canada Goose jackets: a Macmillan (Limestone) and a Chelsea (Black), totaling close to $3,000. These jackets were purchased as gifts for my brother-in-law and sister, who are currently in the United Kingdom. My brother-in-law ultimately decided that he preferred to exchange the Macmillan jacket for a Wyndham model. The jacket had not been used and was returned well within the 30-day return/exchange policy, which gave me confidence that the exchange would be straightforward. However, when I visited the Chinook store, the employee examined the jacket and stated that it could not be exchanged because it was “worn.” This came as a surprise, as the jacket had not been used and showed no intentional wear. I was also disappointed by the lack of empathy or effort to resolve the situation, especially considering the premium nature of your brand and the significant amount spent. Canada Goose is known not only for quality products but also for customer care. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those values, and I left the store feeling dismissed rather than supported as a loyal customer. I am hoping this matter can be reviewed and that a reasonable resolution—such as an exchange for the Wyndham jacket—can be offered. I would appreciate your assistance in restoring my confidence in the Canada Goose customer experience.

  I entered the store then an asia woman came after me and my kid and asked if i needed help i said nicely no thank you im just looking around she kept chasing us and pretending she wasn't looking at us after 2 min she came again and i said again no thank you and she kept following us then i just left because of that rude woman stupid employee treating people as thieves 🙄

  I was completely appalled with the level of customer service at the Canada Goose store. While shopping with my mother, I asked a standard and reasonable question during Boxing Week regarding whether there were any in-store promotions. The customer representative responded dismissively, stating there are never sales in store, and then followed with a sarcastic remark implying that a “promotion” would be purchasing two items at full price. The tone and delivery were unprofessional. This greeting and response is unacceptable at any retail store, let alone a luxury retailer. Reflects poorly on both the brand and the store.

  I visited the store and was assisted by Rylin who went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He was friendly, attentive, and patient while helping me find exactly what I needed. Rylin offered knowledgeable recommendations without being pushy and made the whole experience enjoyable. His professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out, and I left feeling valued as a customer. I highly recommend to ask for Rylin thanks to their outstanding service.

  Buyer Beware - do not buy if you live in Canada or anywhere else where it is cold outside. My $2,000 coat rated at -30C has no insulation in the arms. I sent it back for warranty and was told it met their standards. I have a $50 coat that is warmer and actually has insulation in the arms. I am hugely disappointed with this coat and the overall warranty experience. I have attached a photo of the sleeve that shows the thickness of the sleeve when pressed together. It shows that there is literally nothing in the sleeve for insulation. Do not buy this product and expect to be warm wearing it.
