I came in needing help spooling a few fishing reels and was told this was the place to go. Austin in the fishing department assisted me and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the whole process. Really excellent service. Thanks again, Austin!

Some staff are more concerned to what is going on in the parking lot, instead of doing there job on the inside. I witnessed some staff harassing RVERS parked in back of the lot as well as the street, by pulling up to Rvs and honking their horn early in the morning as well as in the evening. These staff members show no class and represent Cabelas. Profiling people by the vehicle they drive is a form of discrimination . I'm sure Corporate might have something to say regarding this matter. Have a little compassion as some Rvs were forced into their situation by the economy. Having a staff member knock on my door with no ID and ask me to move when it's 28 below is unprofessional. FYI your website still offers overnight RV PARKING.

Fantastic experience! Big shout out to Ian in the archery department who got our son set up with his first bow. Ian was very experienced, and so patient answering all of our questions, and ensured that our son got the best option for him. There was also an archery range that our son could test drive the bows in, which made a huge difference in our confidence when purchasing! Thanks Ian and thanks Bass Pro!

Came here to buy hip waders and had one of the worst retail experiences I have had in a long time. I asked someone in the fishing department a few basic questions and they were not helpful at all. I went to the fitting room and there was nobody around to unlock it. I rang the bell several times and no one showed up. I had to walk to customer service and ask for help. The employee who came over was radioing for assistance without realizing his radio was not even working. Eventually someone else came, and they acted annoyed that they had to unlock the door for a customer. After trying on a couple pairs, I handed back the ones I did not want and said thank you. They just walked away without a word. At checkout there was no cashier. The clerk was standing outside the doors looking at the parking lot and I had to get their attention to ring me through. There was no friendliness at all. Just an awkward transaction while they struggled with the security tag and the box, followed by a forced have a good day. The whole time this was happening there was a group of employees standing around customer service chatting about what provinces they had lived in. Overall an extremely poor customer service experience. I will not be surprised to see this location shut down if this is the level of service they provide.
