  I walked into this store last week looking for long inseam and baggy jeans. Got looked at by a sales associate without a word and thought she must’ve just been busy as she went on doing what she was doing. That was until the next two customers walked in and were warmly greeted and asked if they needed any help looking for something in particular. Would’ve loved that offer for assistance too… Walked out of there after five minutes of trying to browse for the right style and inseam of jeans with not a single acknowledgement. I’d understand if it was a busy day, but when I walked in, there was only one other customer.

  I've never seen customer service like this! Huge store and you barley can find anyone to help you for a size or a question. I don't know if they are under staff or it is the culture of the brand to leave the customer all alone with what they are looking for. This 2 star is for a sale associate I could find in the fitting room to help me with my question.

  This store is a case study in why people shop online instead of coming into stores. Maybe if they hired some people who would actually offer customer service instead of being lazy, their sales would go up

  Thanks to Sidney Sweeny, I went in to get my AE JEANS so I can say I have great jeans...and I was so happy I did. The young lady and man at the til were terrific, and the man taking care of the change rooms was keeping it organized (very busy in there which is a great thing). We walked out with a boat load of anything demin related. It was my first time in AE and I will return if they keep making ads like they are doing. Bless you Sidney - you have great jeans.
