  The quality of the clothes is terrible. I bought an expensive suit and wore it only twice, and it’s already all pilled and looks like it’s from a second-hand store. This is not the experience I expected for $500.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my online order. It was placed over a month ago with a promise to ship within three days, yet I’ve received no shipping updates and still haven’t received my order. Had I known it would take this long, I would not have ordered. I usually shop in Alo stores and have had great experiences, which makes this even more frustrating. The online chat customer service was also rude and unhelpful. Misleading shipping timelines and poor communication are unacceptable.

  Really disappointed with the service received. I bought a hoodie and returned it the very next day tags still attached. I tried it on once, and decided it wasn’t for me, which I told the sales associate. The item was vintage wash, but they acted like I was trying to return an item that had been used for years. It was obvious that the lady helping me didn’t know they sold that colour, but that’s not an excuse for making me feel like I was being dishonest and trying to be deceitful. Know your products before acting in a way that is accusing someone of something. I have bought a lot of items from Alo, but this experience makes it questionable if I’ll buy anything else from the brand.
