The sales associate told us we could return them if they were uncomfortable after our trip in london. I did not wear them after leaving the store but on trying to return them as I kind of made an impulse decision they claimed the shoes were too dirty and would have to be discarded or wasted. I explained at the two different stores that I never wore them anywhere but inside the store and they would not accept a refund or exchange. They flagged the shoes and treated me like a liar and did not honour their promise of being able to return them if they were not comfortable (how can I judge their comfort if they are too dirty to return after one time in store?). Do not expect good customer service at this store.
