  這次的購物體驗非常特別。因為我想要的款式在附近區域只剩 Canada Goose Calgary 分店有庫存，於是我先在班夫分店完成付款，再開車過來取貨。取件時發現衣服有一點極細微的瑕疵，雖然現場店員非常認真且積極地協助處理，最終因庫存限制未能完美解決，但我仍對他們專業且誠懇的服務態度表示感謝。 I had a unique shopping experience here. Since the specific style I wanted was only in stock at the Canada Goose Calgary location, I paid for it at the Banff store and drove here to pick it up. Upon inspection, I noticed a very minor defect. Although the staff worked very hard and tried their best to resolve the issue, it couldn't be fully settled on the spot.   Bought new jackets as Chinese New Year gifts for my son and myself. Rylin did a fantastic job serving us - he is charming, humble and soft-spoken, and he was patient with choosing different sizes of jackets for my son. Overall an enjoyable shopping experience!

  After a very poor customer service experience, we will no longer shop at Canada Goose and will be advising our friends and family not to. We recently purchased a $400 Huron hoodie, and after light wear one of the seems started to come apart! All other luxury brands we purchase from other stores are very reasonable about coming to a solution when this situation happens. We contacted customer service and they asked for photos of the seam which we provided. After confirming, they asked us to mail the hoodie in at our expense. Upon receipt, they advised us they would not be doing anything and to check their warranty policy. Which states in the first line “Canada Goose products are made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, to protect you in some of the most extreme weather conditions, and we stand behind each one. Canada Goose products purchased from an Authorized Retailer are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product – which means the usual and customary wearable life of the product, by the original owner.” When you scroll down, it finally mentions that knitwear is not included. The first statement is not only misleading, but why ask us to mail in the hoodie at our expense if this is the case? Based on the overall Google score of Canada Goose, I feel like the brand is going downhill. I would advise not shopping there given the poor quality of the products

  Based on my experience with a Canada Goose jacket that is now over ten years old, I purchased a Canada Goose Huron hoodie with the expectation that the same high standard of quality would apply. Unfortunately, this was not the case. A hole developed due to what appeared to be a weak seam. I submitted a warranty claim and was asked to provide photographs, followed by a request to ship the item in for inspection at my own expense. After doing so, the claim was denied on the basis that hoodies are excluded from warranty coverage, as stated in the fine print. What I find concerning is that this exclusion was not communicated upfront. Instead, I was asked to go through a time-consuming and costly process despite the claim being ineligible from the outset. This experience is particularly disappointing given Canada Goose’s position as Canada’s leading luxury apparel brand.
