  Every time I’ve tried to go into this store, the customer service has been terrible. A particular employee( asian lady with a glasses) , who I encounter every time, everytime i ask for help, she gave you a smirk and looking down on you. I’ve noticed that she does to other customers too. During checkout, I reminded the male staff assisting me that I had been on the waitlist for a free tote bag last week. I noticed the female staff giving this bag to a customer who was spending much less than the required amount. Despite my name being on the waitlist , I never received a call back as promised when the tote bag was back in stock. I’ll give a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the male staff who helped me during check out , he did double check my name in their list📕✅ , FINALLY, he was able to give me one. For your information, Alo Chinook, please watch the staff and retrain them to be more professional esp that particular staff that looks down to customers.

  Clothing quality is crap. My sweatpants and sweatshirts started piling after the second wash. I followed instructions Thoroughly.

  I was given a gift card bought at the store and learned too late that it can’t be used online. The store doesn’t have the colours I was wanting and there was zero help to try to make it work.

  The customer service here was so so horrible ! As many reviews have said. They were OK when I bought some clothes a couple of days ago, but they were not happy when I tried to return because I had changed my mind. The cashier looked so not happy make me feel really uncomfortable and her checked on every single detail of the clothes, as like I had been wearing them for a year. Just becareful , think carefully before you buy, their staff here are really cocky and terrible attitude when you try to return something. The management here doesn't care about reviews written by customers. Reviews should be posted on here and also report on the Aloyoga Canada website, too . Let the manager and employees in the main office know that despite their products being expensive, but their service is so so poor. I will not buy their products again. Go back to Lululemon and Aritzia instead, as they offer better quality products and good customer service.

  I had a very good experience shopping at Alo. They have some women’s clothing that also fits men. I’d like to thank the staff, especially Krystal and Sherry, who are very helpful. I sometimes pop in to see the new collection and try on clothes. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
