  pheonix z is amazing help she constantly brought up the room with her energy and kind self and helped me and my friends bring us items in our sizes helped with prices,etc. hopefully she gets a raise or some type of commission for her service she provided

  when I was shopping here , Roxanne was helping me in the change room section and she was so friendly and helpful 😊! She helped me decide on some super cute outfits! I’m excited to come back to shop some more next time!

  Love the staff!! I went into the shop with one of my friends and one of the staff (I think her name is Noela) that offered to help us was incredibly friendly and fun to talk to. Need more Offline products!!!

  Lovely store with cute items, and the lady working in the fitting room was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience at checkout was the complete opposite. The cashier was extremely rude, unfriendly, and passive-aggressive, which made me feel very disrespected and uncomfortable. Aerie has always taken pride in promoting a positive, welcoming, and inclusive brand image, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. After reading through the comments for this location, it is concerning to see that many customers have shared similar experiences of feeling disrespected. I sincerely hope Aerie’s management will take this feedback seriously, address the issue, and ensure the store reflects the brand values it stands for.
