  I work In Beaumont and hit this store at least once every two weeks. I have NEVER had a problem with a staff member before but this time was different. I had placed an online order about 6 hours before I went to pick it up. I am disabled and came in with my cane, a gentleman in front of me and one other patron at the til. The patron and the worker clearly knew each other and were talking about old times, School, hockey, people they knew and what they're doing now. Normal talk for people meeting up.. but last I checked this is a place of business and conversation should be kept to a minimum. As someone who worked in customer service for 20 years, I was appalled at how little the gentleman behind the desk cared about the other two people waiting in line. At one point the gentleman In front of me made eye contact and shook his head. I waited In Line for almost 10 mins before being served for my already packaged order. He did not apologize to me but he did to the man in front of me which also irritated me. I've never seen this worker before and I sure hope I don't again. I don't doubt he's a good worker but there is a time and a place for personal conversation and when there are patrons waiting in line, that is no the time for extensive bullshitting conversation with your friends. I will return because the staff is awesome, very fast, friendly and knowledgeable but I hope to not see him again. Disappointed.

  The singular reason for this 5 star, is Megan. Everytime I go in, she is happy, answers all my tedious questions in the most patient way. This is not the cheapest place in town but because of the service I get from Megan it's worth it. She definately shows what good service is. A true gold star for your company. P.s this weed me max is really good!!

  Great store with super friendly workers. I especially enjoyed my visit with Joda-Lee! She has a great vibe and was super helpful with my pen leak issue. Highly recommend this store!

  I love the store, great service, a wide variety of products, they don't pressure you to buy quickly, they give you time to select the product. Everything is great.

  Stopped by Fire & Flower on my way home and picked up a CBD pain relief stick, gummies, and a vape. The pain stick works fantastic—instant relief and long-lasting. The staff were awesome, really knew their stuff, and made the whole visit easy. Huge shout-out to Megan for the great service!
