- LRLeslie RanNov 28, 20251.0I bought a Columbia Titanium jacket for approximately 420 Canadian dollars, expecting a premium and durable product. However, on the very first day I noticed a feather coming out of the sleeve, and shortly after, the front part of the jacket tore. It appears that the feathers are pushing through the fabric and causing damage, which should not happen with a jacket at this price point. I tried contacting the store through Facebook and Google Maps, but I never received any response. I’m very disappointed with both the quality of the jacket and the lack of customer support. I truly hope this situation is reviewed and that a proper solution is provided, considering this was not an inexpensive purchase.
