  From start to finish, the service was accommodating and efficient. The team is incredibly friendly, and the dog-friendly space makes it even more inviting. Their pieces are high quality and thoughtfully curated — such a great experience overall!

  This was our second negative experience with the Canada Goose Banff location, and unfortunately it confirmed that we will not be returning. Our first issue occurred prior to a trip to Banff. I had confirmed inventory in advance and was told this location had six parkas in stock that I was specifically looking for. When I arrived, staff insisted those parkas were not in inventory. Later, a third Canada Goose location was able to confirm that the Banff store did, in fact, have those items. At that time, it was even suggested by a manager at the other location that the Banff store may have been unwilling to offer that specific parka due to personal opinions regarding the real fur hood, which is completely inappropriate. Our second negative interaction happened today. I stopped in hoping to purchase a new toque and gloves. Almost immediately, an associate began following my daughter and me extremely closely throughout the store. The store was already very busy, and the hovering behavior made the experience uncomfortable and unnecessary. It felt intrusive and unwelcoming, to the point that we left without making a purchase. Between the misleading information about inventory and the uncomfortable in-store experience, this location has lost our business. I do not recommend the Banff Canada Goose store and strongly suggest visiting other Canada Goose locations elsewhere in Alberta instead.

  Was at the store on 16 October 2025. Bought a piece - Sage-green piece. Staff is helpful and patient. Complimentary to assisting staff, Eve. Aside, upon settlement of purchase, staff, Ms "Chng", 曾，is friendly and engaging. All the best, Pek - Singapore

  My wife and I visited the store last week and left with an Elba puffy. A pretty English lady with chin-length hair whose name I think was Kae (according to my receipt) helped us. She was super patient and lovely. No hard sell and in fact, she gently steered me away from some of the jackets I had my eye on because they were too warm for the temperatures I needed (even though they were more expensive!). Her excellent service made the difference and we bought a jacket spontaneously. If the store had a wider selection we might have found something for my wife too.
