  I love living here and renewed my lease, immediately. After 2 years I expected my rent to go up. Much to my surprise, IT DIDN'T! The office staff are wonderful and any maintenance issues have been addressed within 24 hours. I am not even remotely handy, so that's important to me. The vaulted ceilings are incredible! Parking can be an issue, but with all the other positives I am more than willing to walk a little extra to get home to an apartment I love.

  We have been at the preserves for over 2 years. We love it! Everyone is so helpful in the office, everything we need is addressed promptly including maintenance requests. We also are able to address many things without having to go into the office because of their prompt responses to emails, and maintenance requests done on your phone. Paying rent is also a piece of cake with their rent paying app! Peaceful and pleasant evenings after hard days is pretty awesome!

  The Preserve was one of the first apartments I ever had (2018), and coming back after management changed was a major improvement. I've lived here now since January 2025, and the amenities are always stellar; from the gym to the pool, everything is well taken care of. The dog washing station is a great size, allowing large dogs to be taken care of. The dog park is large and clear, great for playing ball and running laps. I've met a great deal of nice people living here, and the kids running around brings a sense of security and life to the neighborhood.

  I can’t say enough good things about this apartment community. From the very first interaction, the office staff has been nothing short of amazing. Amber, Toni, and Shanice are welcoming, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. You can tell they take pride in what they do and go above and beyond to make living here a great experience. The maintenance team also deserves major recognition. Requests are handled quickly and professionally, and everyone is always kind, respectful, and thorough. It brings so much peace of mind knowing issues are addressed promptly and with care. I also want to highlight the behind-the-scenes teams from landscaping to cleaning, who work hard every day to keep this community beautiful. The grounds and common areas are always well maintained, and it’s clear there’s a lot of dedication happening even when it’s not always visible. The amenities truly set this place apart. The newly renovated fitness center is incredible, the dog spa is such a thoughtful and convenient addition, and the pool is a perfect place to relax and unwind. You can really see the investment being made into both the property and the residents’ quality of life. This community is well run, well cared for, and filled with people who genuinely want residents to feel at home. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place they can be proud to call home.

  The perfect place to live especially if you’re transitioning from apartment living to buying a house! The mountain views are beautiful (it feels like everyone has one!). We love the large bathtub/shower combo, the travertine gas fireplaces, the option to have a garage, the balcony for summer time hang outs, and how spacious these apartments are. The amenities are also a major plus — pool, gym (a really NICE gym), and an outdoor fire pit — and the complex is pet-friendly, which has been a HUGE deal since that’s hard to find in Casper. On top of it all, there’s a walking path that wraps around the complex offering mountains views at every turn. We also love the online portal which makes life easy to pay rent online, call for maintenance, etc. The maintenance team is always kind, responsive, and quick to help. Lastly, we loved working with Toni who helped us move here from out of state. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
