The community is comprised of spacious one-bedroom apartments reserved for individuals who are 62 years of age or older/or disabled and meet income qualifications Each of our apartments has a generous amenities package with open floor plan and features like a walk-in closet, bathtub and shower, large storage space, and free water, sewage, and trash. - PPPattyApr 26, 20251.0I have mold all over my apartment. Showed it to management and they couldn't identify it. There are tenants who break Hud Rules on a regular basis, such as bullying and theatening other tenants, and nothing is done about it. One woman has threaten several people, screams in others faces resulting in some crying and others fearing for their safety. This woman regularly smokes marijuana out at the gazebo, and has done so for two years. Yet NOTHING she has not been censured in any way. The Police are here on an almost daily occurrence, sometimes it's the Sheriff's Department or the State Cops. I could say more, but what's the point.
