The community is comprised of spacious one-bedroom apartments reserved for individuals who are 62 years of age or older/or disabled and meet income qualifications Each of our apartments has a generous amenities package with open floor plan and features like a walk-in closet, bathtub and shower, large storage space, and free water, sewage, and trash. Our community was built with convenience in mind with downtown Wheeling only a short walk away, the areas schools, shops, and parks all at your fingertips.
