  Literally the biggest mistake I’ve ever made in my life was choosing this place & buying a double wide/land deal through them. 2 years later & we’re still getting screwed. Paid $7k in water bills first year in the house bc the water line was all busted. Now paying $5k to get drainage/driveway fixed (that was supposed to be done by Rook Brumfield & we’ve called many times) around it bc the water is causing issues with the foundation. Horrible horrible experience for my first time buying a house & I wish I never did it. RUN FROM THID PLACE!!!!

  The process of buying my home was easy and very speedy. Matt,Randy,and Ralph were so helpful throughout the whole process. So kind and always there to answer any questions I have. Our home is beautiful and is built to last. We are so happy and excited to spend many many many years in our house. Thank you Oakwood Nitro for great experience.
