Joey was there throughout the entire process and he was extremely easy to work with, not to mention a great person in general. He really listened to what we wanted, and helped guide us through our build. With any new construction you will have very minor issues that arise as the house settles, but the Heartland Warranty is something we are glad to have so we can get those things fixed.
