  How unfortunate a good name drowned out by bad character , shady business practices and down right intimidating or trying to intimate a single mother who rents a unit next too mine , a simple certified piece of mail or a note on my door would have be sufficient instead , she likes to tout this nonsense calling people "squatters, alcoholic junkies just uncalled for unprofessional and these rental agencies really just rip off the owners nickle and dime destabilize our market rent prices through wink wink housing authority under vouchers to make it appear as though we are doing something about the housing situation in Huntington, thank you to a very kind man Mr. Elliot H, I do hope and wish you and yours the best new year

  Do not rent from these slum lords unless you want to be rid of all your friends. You can't have guests or pets with exception of bed bugs and the roaches. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

  Pancake Realty or Coldwell Banker should not be in business. They are nothing short of criminal. They destroyed my house and sent me bogus bills, as I lived out of town. They were very fraudulent and lied to me about the condition of my property and told me it was up for rent while it was being destroyed for their own financial gain. They have also hurt other people who live out of town. It's extremely sad that they are still in business, but someday they will get their comeuppance.
