- SJSusan JacobsNov 11, 20181.0I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend Clayton homes of Buckhannon to anyone! Our experience was FANTASTIC until we lost our sales woman. After that it all went downhill! First we were never told by Claytons that we had a new sales person. Then when we talked to our new salesman he assured us that nothing had changed "price, and other details" when we met with him he wrote up a new sales agreement and YES he changed the price and other details and NEVER told us. We had to find this out on our own. When we asked for an explanation he said the Manager of Claytons never agreed to original price. Which we know is false because we were there when the manager gave us the price. To make a long story short, we canceled everything and went elsewhere. We had 2 other people going up to buy homes. We quickly told them NO, we had a BAD experience and will never reccomend them to anyone again. The manager of claytons never talked to us or tried to make things right! He tossed us out to the curb! Clayton homes no need for a reply, we know the truth. Have a great day!
