  Bought our double wide a few years ago and let me start off with how unhelpful the staff was. We had everything needed to purchase the home but from the get go it was a struggle with the sales team. I ended up having to get with the manager Rich to get the process started. He helped us out with ok standards. However once’s the we finally purchased our home and got it set up we was told we had a year to fix anything that needed to be fixed. Sounds good huh, well getting the maintenance guys out here would take upwards to an month or more every time on there schedule and then when they did finally make it, they was very unhelpful and did not seam like it was a priority to fix our home. Even had one of them say it’s just a double wide. Well sir maybe to you it is, but to us it is our home that we are trying to raise our family in. Very rude! I will never forget that when he said it. It was like we bothered them by asking them to do their job and fix some of the issues we had. Anyone who has thoughts of going here to buy just be ready to argue, fuss, and fight with them to get what you want. I will never go though there process again! My advice is to buy a house somewhere else!!!
