  Things were great when I moved in but have continued to down. The walls are thin and when your neighbors argue it sounds like they are in your apartment. This summer I witnessed someone that stopped in the driveway, peeing ass up, feminine pad out (traumatizing lol). I had underground parking and it was tight parking. A few times couldn't use my spot as someome else was parked in it. Talked to landlord about issues with another tenant and was told to go to the police. The police told me it's a landlord issue. I asked several times about getting out of the lease due to health issues that were made worse due to living conditions and was denied. I ran into someone who lived there at the U-Haul place and told me I should ask again as they were able to pay a fee and get out of their lease.

  I love lincoln crest apartment. They have a very nice and accommodating staffs that is willing to help and take your inquiry. Clean neighborhood, I never had problems dealing with them. When my sink got flooded, I requested for their maintenance and they fixed it same day. The only problem I have encountered is that, the hallway is always smelly, I don’t blame them. Because I know they tried to keep the area clean and clear. And also the two doors, if you live on the south side of the apartment you have to get through all those two doors to get in the hallway, it’s always a problem especially when you’re bringing your groceries. I hope they do something about it. Either remove it, or replace it with a glass one that you can open either way, not just a pull door or just a push door. Trash shute is too small, it’s hard to put our garbage in there, id say make it bigger. That’s all, I highly recommend this apartment. And to top it all that, they gave us our security back with a few deduction
