Paper thin walls, You'll be able to hear what you next door neighbor is listening to at all times, and feel whatever bass they want to listen to. In addition to that, there are multiple dogs living in most apartments, who bark at all hours of the day and night.
You will also be able to hear your neighbors alarms, so have fun waking up at whatever time they want to.
Don't live here if you ever want to have a single hour of quiet in a day.
Edit: Have not been able to actually speak with a human in management here, the office was not staffed and there wasn't a human on the line when I called the suggested number.
Management has made it clear through email that they are not willing to work with you to resolve issues, their only suggestion is to call the police.
Don't move here, you'll be trapped in a lease that costs around 7,000$ dollars to break.
Edit 2: It's several months later, dogs are still barking for hours at a time despite having this conversation multiple times before. Take my advice, don't move here.

If you want to overpay for an apartment with mold, domestic disputes on the daily, and weekly visits from fully armed police officers that will knock on your door at any hour of the day then you've found the right apartment. The laundry machines hardly ever work and if you have any issues whatsoever and ask management for help or simply inform them of the unleashed dogs and other violations happening you will never get a response. The only email you will ever receive from management is an email telling you that it's your job as a tenant to enforce the rules of other tenants lease agreements as well as emails to let you know after only a year of living there that your rent is going up $100. So if you are looking for a miserable place to live for the next 10-12 months look no further.
Edit: owner responded to call or stop by the office to discuss. Gave the phone number a ring and the person on the other end "does not handle the reviews" and then gave me a different number to call. Save your time and get an apartment anywhere else.

Do not rent here. I did not live here, I was looking to live here, filled out an application, put down a deposit to hold the apartment. Then my circumstances changed and I am now moving to CA, I called them the next day and told them I would not need an apartment here anymore. But because they held the apartment for 21 hours (not even a full day) they will not return my $80 deposit. Whatever, I guess they made $80 for showing me an apartment.
