  Would not recommend renting with Element 84! The entire management and building have being going downhill. It was nice a few years ago in 2023 when I move in but not anymore. Everything began when my rent surprisingly increased from $1450 to 1600, months passed by until I request a unit transfer then I found out that Vicky added an underground parking pass, Like how?? I never asked for it and they never assigned a spot or even give me the garage opener. So the new staff Allysa, was apologetic and said that they will reimburse me the total of 6 months of paid underground parking (without my consent) WELL, that never happened. Also spent months reaching out to maintenance about a leaking coming from roof , they never came to fix out, only until I moved out, that I went to the apartment to make sure I wasn’t leaving anything behind then I found out that the fix the leaking, HOW CONVENIENT now that they have new tenants in hahah. And the list goes on and on… They are so expensive now, $1,700 for a 1br is crazy for a bedroom with no privacy door and no walking closet. It’s not worth the hassle and way OVERPRICED

  I’ve been living at Element 84 since September and I love it. How can you not with a Mexican pop up coffee shop in the lobby to Food trucks periodically scheduled and Amazon lockers for your packages A fully equipped workout room and a beautifully decorated social room for you to relax with family and friends. You need to stop by and check out the facility. The management group makes you feel like family and are Rock Stars in my book. No, this is not a paid advertisement, just sharing how happy I am to be living at Element 84.

  Pretty and brand new apartments but they are not well maintained (lots of dog hair and mess everywhere), there is often weed smoke in the hallways, and the "included internet service" is spotty. Have also had repeated issues with a nonfunctional parking garage door & exterior parking lot break-ins/crime. Pool and extra amenities are great, but IMO this is the cherry without the sundae.
