  Tera and other employees have been very helpful for me. I have had a lot of questions and they have been very helpful and patient with the process. And omg!!! I absolutely love my place and all of the amenities are amazing. Not to mention only 25 dollars an hour to rent out the space areas for party’s. I’m excited. Great Staff

  So far, I’ve loved my experience living here! Everyone has been very welcoming and helpful, and communication has been quick. They were flexible with tour times, and Ashlee has been great to work with. Everything is super clean, and the amenities are really nice!

  I’ve been living at Mayfair Reserves now for about a month and I'm really pleased. Ashlee Ruiz has been great with helping me get settled in. She is always very helpful with any questions I have. I would recommend you speak with her if you are looking for a new community to live in

  Very clean, very professional staff, great amenities! I just moved in here and so far everything has been perfect. The parking garage being heated is very nice including having a car wash in it.
