  building is poorly insulated so your WE energy bill will ALWAYS be high. Gates don't really provide any security. In the one year I've been here, a gun man got past the gates and shot 2 people inside a building and another time someone got past the gates and broke into cars. The gym is really small so when 2-3 people are in there, it feels very crowded. Some resident will bring everyone they know to the pool in the summer so other residents aren't able to enjoy this amenity. On the other hand the staff is really great, very responsive and nice. So at least they have that going for them!

  It’s a hip apartment complex with a nice park next door. If you live on the west side and your windows face the dog daycare center, expect annoying barking from dawn till dusk.

  I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience moving into this apartment. From the very start, the management was incredibly kind and welcoming. Faith from the leasing office gave me a fantastic tour and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. She patiently addressed all my questions and kept the lines of communication open, which made a big difference for me. Faith took the time to go over the welcome packet with me, highlighting all the amenities and resources available. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. I was genuinely touched by the warmth of my welcome experience and I'm excited about this new journey here. A heartfelt thanks to Faith for making me feel so valued and supported—she is truly amazing!

  We lived in the Reserve for approximately 2.5 years from 2021 - 2024 before purchasing our first home. Despite the excitement of becoming homeowners, we were sad to leave the Reserve. It was a great place to live and really felt like home to us. We developed great relationships with several of our neighbors and most everyone else was very friendly. Mike on the maintenance team was extremely responsive and consistently went out of his way to ensure any issues were addressed as soon as possible. He is a big reason as to why we had such a positive experience living here. Also, Hayden and team in the front office were always very friendly, professional and helpful. We loved our apartment in the 700 building and the surrounding neighborhood. Our dog loved having the dog park to run around in. I can't say enough good things about the Reserve or recommend it highly enough.

  Office management changes over regularly and there is no loyalty to good residents that have been there for several years. Rent may be a reasonable price the first year, but it will increase astronomically if you want to renew your lease. The trash compactor is broken frequently so there will be a mountain of trash bags at the front of the entrance. The hallways of my building weren't always clean and residents continuously smoked which is against policy. The power goes out regularly so be prepared for no AC. Packages are typically delivered to the main office which is never organized and a headache. At the end when we moved out, we received not even 10% of the deposit we paid initially and we left the apartment cleaner than we came in (everything scrubbed, bleached, vacuumed, etc.).
