  I really enjoy the location of 2929 on Mayfair! I think the community here is truly shaped by the wonderful staff we have in the leasing office. During my time here, all of my maintenance requests have been swiftly addressed, and any concerns were met with care. My only wish is that the rent would stop increasing by so much (rent is increasing everywhere) but, if you can afford to live here- 2929 is definitely the community for you!

  The apartment building itself is very clean. The location is very convienment with all the main interstate connections just a few miles away, the mall, grocery, and homegoods is just a walk away, and anything else is usually just a 5-10 minute car drive away max. There are many amenities like study spaces, free coffee, car wash, 2 story gym, package room, and pool that are all maintained daily by the dedicated maintenance team that always responds very quickly. The office team (Dusty & Amber!!) is very communicative about issues, updates, or answers to questions. They are also quite approachable with daily open office hours, whenever I have had issues I needed help with they were friendly and efficient. The parking garage is very secure with a security guard and parking monitors, the spaces itself are kind of skinny but vehicles of all size are able to fit. The only issues I have run into is my unit faces the road and it is a lot of car noise, that I wish had better soundproofing built in. Sometimes it does smell like weed as others have mentioned, but due to the daily cleaning of the elevators it goes away. There are also community events put on by the building each month and I have enjoyed getting to know my neighbors! I truly love living here and would reccomend it to anyone looking in the Wauwatosa area!

  I had a great experience at 2929 on Mayfair Apartments! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team is responsive, professional, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes living here stress-free. The location is super convenient with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the highway. The apartments themselves are spacious, updated, and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. Highly recommend 2929 on Mayfair to anyone looking for a great place to live. Five stars all the way! 🌟🏡😊

  My experience living at 2929 on Mayfair has been great besides my car being towed. I understand that I did not register in guest parking, but given the amounts that residents pay in rent, it feels unreasonable that residents risk being towed under these circumstances. As a resident you should be able to park anywhere without your car being towed. There was a situation where my car was towed by a private towing company that works for 2929 on Mayfair…before I went to work which caused me to be upset but I didn’t take it out on the staff that works for best towing UNTIL he reacted the way that he did. When I did request information about my car he told me that they operate 24 hours all day which was a lie and told me to call the number that was on the parking garage which I did, twice, and no one answered. When no one answered I told him that and asked who else do I speak to…in which he completely ignored me, pulled his phone out, recorded my friend car and called the police on us which was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. What made the situation more concerning was that another individual, who happened to be white, was also there retrieving a towed vehicle. When he did ask for information, he received immediate assistance without issue, which raised serious concerns about unequal treatment. When the police arrived the staff member provided them with instructions on how I could retrieve my car rather than simply communicating that information directly to me in the first place which was also unnecessary. I was led to believe that the towering service operated 24 hours a day, but when I returned the next day, I was told that I could not retrieve my vehicle because they do not release cars after 1pm. I was also surprised to find that Best Towing appears to operate business out of an alley and through a gate with no formal office which I’m sure is illegal. When I asked where their office was located, I was told that I would not be able to retrieve my car due to me having “an attitude”, simply for asking a basic question. I contacted the leasing office and spoke with Amber, but no meaningful action was taken. I was told the issue would be passed along to Dusty the manager but was only advised to report the information to better business bureau. Overall this experience was handled very poorly by property management and the towing company. The towing’s conduct was unprofessional, and the lack of support from management was disappointing.

  absolutely love living at 2929 on Mayfair Luxury Apartments. From the moment I moved in, it has felt like home. The building is beautiful, modern, and always well kept, and the apartments themselves are very spacious with high-end finishes. I really enjoy having updated appliances, a comfortable layout, and large windows that bring in a lot of natural light. One of the best parts about living here is the atmosphere. The community is peaceful, clean, and feels very safe. The amenities make it feel like living at a resort — especially the pool area, fitness center, and the relaxing outdoor spaces where you can unwind after a long day. The location is also super convenient. Everything you need like shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by, which makes daily life a lot easier. On top of that, the management and staff are always friendly and helpful whenever anything comes up. Overall, living here has been a great experience, and I truly enjoy calling 2929 on Mayfair my home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern place to live
