- AHAria HuDec 12, 20255.0Me and my bf have a really good time here at Lamphouse. Great apartment, definitely well built and does not cheap out on any details. People are very nice here and it's pet friendly too. Also, very helpful managers. Some other residents here told us to choose Lamphouse when we were moving and figuring out where to live, and now we wanna say the same to anyone who's looking for a new home.
- KBK BuettNov 25, 20255.0I love my apartment and I just renewed my lease for another year. The staff is super friendly here and very easy to get along with. Dave (maintenance) cares a lot about the tenants and he does an amazing job in getting things done. Every few months they have brunches and/or music in the clubroom and rooftop area. It's great for meeting your neighbors. They also have a fitness area, pool table, shuffleboard, and golf simulator room. I would definitely recommend Lamphouse Apartments to anyone interested in living in Waunakee.

Dave (maintenance) and Andrew (leasing) are both wonderful to work with and have great communication for any issues, thoughts, ideas, or concerns. The staff works hard to plan fun outings for residents and ways to connect. They are also genuinely kind and care about the well-being of residents. They respond quickly to any maintenance issues and keep the public spaces clean, inviting, and well-maintained. The units are very nice, and I never really have any issues that need to be addressed. The unit is safe with good security, which is important to me, and the residents are friendly! I love the dog wash and dog park, where my little buddy has made 5+ four-legged friends. I also enjoy the Peloton bikes, and the rooftop firepit and grills. I would highly recommend Lamphouse to someone looking for a new place to live!
