    They allow dogs, which is great! We had a huge storage/laundry room that was steps from our unit. The kitchen was large and remodeled with soft close doors and drawers. The unit itself was not an issue. When maintenance was needed (light burned out on microwave, dryer not drying) they were very responsive. We even got a new dryer because ours wasn't drying. There was only an in wall A/C and they don't allow window units in the bedroom. The door automatically closed (slammed) on most units and the sound traveled down the halls. Public spaces were not kept clean. Floors were filthy, garage floor had grit you could feel under foot. An entrance rug in the garage wasn't vacuumed in the 7 months we were there. Weeds were noxious and 6 feet tall. Coffee room was almost always out of coffee. Equipment in gym went unfixed for months. Dog park area was dusty in summer and muddy in spring--not maintained. Elevator equipment room had a beeping sound that went on for weeks without being addressed. Rules not enforced so balconies had grills (fire hazard!), grocery carts, bikes, brown tarps, smoking rooms (Even though it was allegedly a smoke-free building), moving boxes, garbage bags, etc. Management was not communicative. Several calls needed to be made to get a response/answer. Exterior doors were often propped open or unlocked in a "secured" building. Several vehicles were parked in the parking lot the entire time we lived there, without ever moving... Flat tires, expired plates.
