  Been here going on 5 years. Everything was great at first, but then there have been constant changes in our on-site property manager which seems to have caused more nuisance tenants being admitted with little to no oversight. We have made inquiries and eventually complaints about our upstairs neighbors stomping at all hours throughout the day (which is surprising given there is good noise suppression between the apartments), but it still continues to be an issue. Also, we have a neighbor whose dog barks and howls the ENTIRE TIME they are not home and you can hear it in our apartment at the other side of the building and down in the parking garage! Not to mention the smell of piss every time I have to walk by their door to go get a package at the other door. Seriously disappointed at the direction this place is going given it was so nice, quiet, and clean when we first moved here. 😕

  We lived at Gateway for a year and it was the best renting experience we've ever had! Management, both on-site and upper management, as well as maintenance staff...everyone we came in contact with at Gallina was kind, courteous, and friendly. We had a couple concerns while we lived there, and they were handled in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism. Other management companies we have dealt with have been disrespectful, lazy, or unresponsive. That was not the case at all at Gateway. I can't recommend them enough! We even had to sublet our apartment for a cross-country move, and the process was super painless and we found a subleaser no problem. The property is so well taken care of and staff are so friendly, they had no problem finding someone to take over our lease- we didn't have to do anything!

  Do not live here! There was a bed bug infestation for over a year and a half and no one was notified. Gallina was very shady about the whole situation and didn’t provide any information to its residents. The bed bug investation was still present when I moved out a couple months ago.
