  I have been living at 4200 on the Lake for 3.5 years, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable — being right by the lake makes everyday walks peaceful and beautiful. It truly feels like living in a resort while still being close to everything. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. The pool area, BBQ space, and club room are perfect for relaxing or spending time with friends. I also really appreciate having access to computers and a printer in the clubhouse — it’s such a helpful convenience. What truly makes this place special, though, is the incredibly professional and friendly office team. They are always responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about residents. It makes a huge difference. After 3.5 years, I still feel very happy calling this place home. Highly recommend!

  Nicole took the time to show me different units and all the amenities. This is for sure a must see properly for any one. As the only bilingual orofacial pain specialist and realtor in Wisconsin, I would be excited to live here..

  Horribly built…you can hear your neighbors sneeze and undeniably the worst place to spend any amount of money. Last, but not least, they do not do background checks as I had domestic violence below so bad it would shake my walls. Once the residents are in it’s harder to get them out so save yourself the trauma. Ohhh and don’t let me forget be careful as dogs have been known to attack people as well as other pets. I can add names and dates for police reports if desired.

  When I say this place exceeds every expectation and desire my husband and I had in mind for our new home that is an understatement!!!! We had just got approved for a different property and as I'm surfing the internet this place pops out of nowhere. On the lake...check. Quiet...check. Modern...check. Fitness and business center, balcony, pool, check...check...check. Other unexpected perks like an underground car washing station and their own version of bubbler bikes. Price point.....phenomenal for all the amenities! A place like this in Milwaukee will EASILY go for three grand or more just for a one bedroom with a beautiful but admittedly less spectacular view! I couldn't believe what I was seeing and had to book a tour. Once there it felt like we were in Narnia. Seriously, what wardrobe did we walk through to find this place? It's everything we've ever dreamed of! Mary and Dusty are absolutely wonderful and pleasant! Mary was so awesome and helpful during our tour and we immediately felt like we were home! Dusty is so pleasant and welcoming over the phone! Needless to say we canceled the other place because living here is a no brainer!!
