- CRColette Roughan3 days ago5.0Great location, just 15 minutes to the 94, and just one block from Main street. The gym is very convenient, package deliveries are well organized, and there is a decent security system installed throughout the entire building, including the garage. The clubhouse is very accessible and the view of the lake and the night sky from there is amazing, which is a great perk for residents without a lake view from their unit. The building is also very pet friendly, and very quiet. Fellow residents are fantastic and generally friendly. Maintenance team are great, consistent and thorough. Management team are top notch, speedy to address questions and concerns, they have a good friendly, approachable and upbeat attitude, and a genuine interest in the overall well-being of both residents and the building. I have been here since April 2025, and I am very pleased, as I really do feel at home here.

Oh and every food place, bar or fishing spot including the look out, water front restaurants, and boat docks are within a 5 minute walk i never have to drive anywhere is pretty awesome.
