They went above and beyond to find tenants for us, taking extra time for open houses and contacting many prospects. I would definitely recommend them for any of your real estate needs.

  I wanted to reach out to share my negative experience with Jenny Gilbert from Becker Strong Real Estate Group, Inc., during our recent transaction involving the sale and purchase of a house in Caledonia. I have significant concerns about how the process unfolded. It appeared that Jenny multiplied the sale and purchase to benefit herself and her company financially. Additionally, her negotiation tactics seemed to waste our time as she acted as if she was advocating for the seller. We had an ongoing back-and-forth regarding offers, and ultimately, we agreed to the seller's asking price based on her guidance. However, when we submitted the paperwork for the seller to sign our offer, we did not receive any communication back until after the deadline to sign had passed. It was only then that Jenny informed our agent that there was another buyer involved all along and suggested that our written offer was used to pressure the other buyer. This has left us feeling manipulated and disappointed in the process. I wanted to make sure this feedback is noted as we consider our options moving forward and how we engage with real estate agents in the future.

  Rosa did a super job selling my condo. She had great photos taken for the listing. She is very knowledgeable and professional as well. She sold the condo the first day of listing. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Will use her again should I decide to sell. Thanks again Rosa!

  Becker Strong Real Estate Agency is either unaware of the actions or business ethics of its realtors, who represent them, or they are ignoring the immoral behavior. Working with this agency as a buyer was one of the worst experiences. It has brought to my attention the lack of moral principles and values that some realtors, such as Jenny Gilbert, possess, as well as how they manipulate sales to ensure they receive the highest commission, rather than what might be best for their clients.
