  This is a Very Lovely and Great Apartment. I love it here and would recommend this place to anybody. Please come have a look at these beautiful homes, I LOVE IT HERE.

  These apartments are extremely inefficient and have all sorts of problems with doors and windows not working or falling apart. I lived in them for over 3 years and the landlord raised my and the neighbors monthly rent by 25 dollars three separate times and avoided addressing most of the problems we had. Do not rent these apartments!

  Great apartments for the right price. Management was really on top of their game, which is sooo nice especially with clearing snow from the parking lots in the winter. Apartments are nicely maintained and the landlord is easy to reach, which in my experience is a refreshing change from previous landlords. I would certainly refer anyone needing an apartment in Platteville to check them out!

  Shortly after my college experience, my husband and I moved into one of the town houses (on Jackson Street) owned by Lanridge Apartments in Platteville. It was such a great experience that we stayed for 3 years! The apartments themselves aren't fancy, but they are well built, are well maintained, and the rent was fantastic. We loved our little 2 bedroom townhouse. It was surprisingly soundproofed so we almost never heard the neighbors and our "backyard" was a wooded area that felt very private. In general i was surprised by the quality for the price. We always had great experiences with Ron (the landlord) while we were there, which is tough to come by in the area. He was very reasonable, always fixed things quickly when we asked, and always notified us well ahead of time if he ever needed to enter our apartment (ongoing maintenance type things). You can tell that he takes pride in his work and actually maintains the units between tenants (carpet cleaning, painting, replacing things, etc.). Also, the lawn care and snow removal was the best I've ever experienced in a rental. For most snow storms, it wasn't even finished snowing before he'd be in the lot plowing. Honestly, if we hadn't been looking to buy our first home, we'd have started longer. If highly recommend working with Lanridge. They're not out to price gouge or nickel and dime you. It's a fair price for a decent place.
