  I’ve only been here 3 weeks and have had 8 misdelivered packages. I actively have 2 packages that say they are delivered but no one can locate them. 1 with USPS and 1 with FedEx. I currently have 3 packages that have been sent back or delayed due to issues delivering. My dog’s food has been sent back to sender twice and a gift for my friends baby shower was just sent back. I have filed complaints with USPS, FedEx, and Ontrac, I have gone to businesses near by to see if they have my packages, and I have verified with every carrier that my address I’m using is correct. I spend about 3-5 hours everyday trying to locate these items. My dog is on a special diet and it’s hard to find his food in store. I understand that the apartment has no control over this, but wanted to warn others of the major issues that you have to deal with here. Another thing I’d like to point out is that the walls are extremely thin. The neighbor below us watches TV from 5:30-11pm every single day with no breaks and we can hear every single word being said on his TV. There are no coat closets, which we didn’t notice until we moved in. Huge bummer there. The leasing office ladies are amazing and so sweet and the only reason they didn’t get a 1 star. Hopefully things will get better, but it’s completely exhausting dealing with these issues on a daily basis. Especially since everything is automated so it takes forever to get through to a real person for the carries. And some places don’t have phone services like OnTrac

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I toured this community with Angie, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. She was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional throughout the entire apartment tour. Angie took the time to explain the layout, features, and community details clearly and thoughtfully, and she answered every question with ease. What stood out most was how genuine and approachable she was, it felt like a real conversation rather than a sales pitch. She made me feel comfortable, informed, and confident about the community and the leasing process overall. It’s clear that Angie truly cares about the residents and takes pride in managing a well-run property. If you’re considering these apartments, I highly recommend touring with her. Not to mention, the entire property is brand new, with epic amenities, peaceful and obviously very thoroughly planned and put together. Needless to say I submitted my application.
