  My wife and I have used Kim Stark as our realtor three times since 2018 to buy two properties and now sell one of them. Kim's real estate expertise is at the top of the Lake Country and Southeastern Wisconsin real estate market and there is no one else I'd rather have on my real estate team!!

  If you are looking in the Lake County area (or anywhere really), you NEED to use Kimberly!!! We had the best experience purchasing our first home with her. She is incredibly thorough and truly had our best interest at heart from the start. The market is tough and she was constantly looking out for us and pointing us in the right direction until we found the perfect fit. As first time home buyers, everything is overwhelming and daunting but with Kimberly everything was seamless. She taught us so much and I would put my full trust in her time and time again! If Kimberly isn't the relator, I'm not buying it! Aside from the business aspect she is also one of the kindest and most thoughtful humans out there! Always going out of her way to make you feel special and supported. It seems small, but she brought stuff to make mimosas to our closing day and it was a small touch like that that made the day extra fun and memorable! To sum it up, just use Kimberly as your realtor. You will thank me later :)

  Kimberly has been a bit of a hustler, occasionally asking permission to show my home to prospective buyers even when I wasn't thinking seriously about selling. One day I finally was ready when she connected me with a buyer willing to make me an "offer I couldn't refuse" despite my home not being listed for sale. Transaction was fairly smooth, she helped mitigate concerns of buyers and hired contractors to address them after offer was accepted. Also she was responsive to my questions leading up to closing and connected me with a 1031 firm for my Starker exchange. The checks have cleared and I'm grateful for our result!

  Kimberly Stark is the best! She knew we wanted a different house on the lake (Okauchee) with flat frontage...but we had put it on the back burner and decided to remodel our existing home instead. Even when we were not looking...she still was! We had just finished our remodel when Kimberly found the exact property we were looking for! She facilitated the offer with the sellers and got it accepted and listed our house and we received multiple offers...she made it happen! Can't recommend her enough!
