  This place is scum…I’m an invited guest and received a parking ticket after being instructed where to park by apartment management…I will not visit here again and will not recommend this place to anybody!!

  I’m living the apartment 5 stars because although we were there for a short period of time, the staff was alway attentive if we had issues with anything in the apartment, the neighbors were extremely friendly, and it was affordable. Not too far from Milwaukee but the surrounding towns had a lot to offer as well. The apartment is a little small (2 bed 1bath) but it did its purpose and my little family had a great experience living there. Only con that bugged me the most was during the summer time there was only one air condition unit in the living room and it barely reached the bedrooms which was a bit annoying. But summer doesn’t last long and it wasn’t the end of the world.

  Office staff is horrible at returning calls with issues. They have one guy that cuts the grass for all the complexes. The grass never gets cut in a timely fashion. Some areas look like a forest. Some complexes he never finishes. What's funny is the club house and complexes around the club house look great. Rest look like crap. It's safe to say the guy who cuts the grass lives in a complex around the club house. Tried to call twice and offer to help. No call back.
