  Hated this place. The apartments look like a DIY project. My bathtub was spray painted white making me wonder what they were covering up. Toilets never flush all the way.. Neighbors are loud and SO nosey. Walls are paper thin. Laundry is expensive and there's only two washers and dryers per building which are small as can be and always have clothes sitting in them. The power goes out with the slightest gust of wind. Hallways stink. A/c vent was way smaller than the hole in the wall creating an ungodly draft along with the windows and sliding door adding to it. Heat sucks. Snow plow company is a literal joke. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.

  I've lived here for about six years and I think the new building managers are a huge improvement over the old one! The apartment itself is awesome and I think rent is pretty reasonable for everything included. Now that they allow pets, I think it's a pretty perfect apartment complex!

  Poor management. Don't fix things and don't address tennant complaints.very noisy.

  Please don't rent here! The washer and dryers in one of the buildings have been broken for over a year and they won't fix them. The property manager is rude when you need something fixed, and acts like it's completely your fault. There's paper thin wall, and kepps raising the rent. And my sister's front door won't close without being locked and no one will fix it. Definitely not worth the rent price, please find a better place to live!
