- CMCourtney MarieNov 23, 20201.0So glad we are finally done with these apartments. The 2 property managers are unprofessional, lazy and lie to you. We handed in our move in inspection to them, marked we didn’t have a smoke detector amongst other issues. They came to install a smoke detector without telling us. When we moved out the management in Milwaukee said we never handed in a move in inspection… Don’t bother going higher up they won’t give you the time of day. Don’t waste your money on these apartments. They’ll scam you for your security deposit and won’t own up to their own wrong doing. They never want to fix anything and when they do they blame everything on you. The apartments are in such bad shape and everything is outdated while rent rises every year in the double digits. Find a better place to live.

The apartment itself is awesome and I think rent is pretty reasonable for everything included. Now that they allow pets, I think it's a pretty perfect apartment complex!

They are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure things are in good condition, whether it be structure wise or tennant wise. It's nice to know that the lease and it's rules are being enforced. It's a beautiful property and if you can't respect that then move along, end of story goodbye.
