  Hi! I'll bet if you are looking into the Wellston Apts site you are either curious about what is out there or you are looking for an apt. home upgrade! Either way, you are at the right place to inform yourself or find your apt. home, in-waiting for You! Lake Summit is a convenient, quiet, pet-friendly, place to check out the sound-proofed, concrete structure apts. with spacious urban apt. layouts that are flexible, quiet, and many have lake views--one and two bedroom (two bath) alike. I can testify to it soundly--lived conveniently here for 'many years'. And always appreciate the prompt maintenance done with care, the cleanliness of this pet-friendly bldg. There are many units with friendly tenants and bldg. HVAC mechanical ventilation. (No cooking odors of your neighbor.) Did I say social? Nestled in a tree-lined neighborhood, steps away from the Oriental, Hooligan's, Bradford Beach and the Oak Leaf Trail! Rooftop amenity that is super comfie and fun w friends during city-wide summer events. A courtyard amenity with gas grilles and tables/chairs for socializing within the curated, landscaped courtyard. Off street parking in a camera-monitored lot or in the basement garage. Dumpsters in the basement, kept orderly and no need to step outside in wintry months or ever! Check it out.   I lived at the Colleen Anne Apartments for 2.5 years and had a great experience. Management is very responsive and keeps great communication throughout the year. Maintenance is quick and handles situations with professionalism. Our one bedroom apartment was clean when we moved in and previous damage was fixed and hardly noticeable. The optional parking was a huge positive for us. I give Wellston 5 stars for friendly and responsive management and staff as well as the great condition of our building and unit.

  I've lived at Lake Summit Apartments (Wellston) for 9 years, and it has been a great, positive experience. The rent is affordable (especially for living in the heart of the East Side in MKE), heat and water are included, apartments are well-insulated and sound-proof, outdoor and indoor parking spaces available, washer/dryer on two levels, and maintenance/landlord requests were always handled quickly and efficiently. Plus an outdoor patio roof for summer nights! I highly recommend checking it out.
