  Worked with Ben to rent out my property and had a great experience! He was quick to answer any questions that I had, found tenants for me rather quickly and has been a continued source of valuable information with any questions after the initial rental process. Would definitely work with Ben again, and would definitely recommend him and Residental Renters to anyone looking for assistance with their properties.

  Initial experience with this management company was not ideal. I had sent out a request on a property one week ago and have not been able to get in contact with anyone. I had scheduled multiple showings, and had had three different showings canceled within hours of the appointment. It was a mess I was finally able to get in contact with the owner of the company, Ben, who was an absolute doll and was able to smooth and iron everything out for us! We are even able to go check out the unit the same day with Faysal!! After the first initial technology hiccup, it was smooth sailing and I absolutely loved the way that they were willing to walk me through the propert, and be open about expectations and current processes. Still going to remove a star though; This is because I had reached out about this property -before- it had been signed by another prospect. I do feel that, had they reached out to me when I first initially inquired, I would have had a chance to rent the property.. I know how volatile the market is which is why I'm browsing for houses 3 to 5 hours everyday. Kind of sucks, but it is what it is. I really appreciate Ben and Faysal taking time out of their day though to help at least let us see the unit, and experience what could have been

  Tommy energy was very welcoming while walking through a property. I could envision my family moving in and creating space as he gave amazing ideas on how to bring the home to life.

  I am so glad the property I applied for was being handled by Residential Renters! They took what can be a very stressful and time-consuming task and made it a smooth process. They are straightforward, honest and communicate in a timely manner. Great job Faysal!!
