- MLMichael LewisApr 4, 20225.0I lived at the Colleen Anne Apartments for 2.5 years and had a great experience. Management is very responsive and keeps great communication throughout the year. Maintenance is quick and handles situations with professionalism. Our one bedroom apartment was clean when we moved in and previous damage was fixed and hardly noticeable. The optional parking was a huge positive for us. I give Wellston 5 stars for friendly and responsive management and staff as well as the great condition of our building and unit.

My sister and I are college students who rent one of their two bedroom apartments and it is a good size and price for what we are getting. Recently we moved to a different unit within the same building and our building manager, Jennifer, was really great with the process. We managed to get the process done in only a couple of days and we are very excited to move into the new unit. Thank you!

The management, staff, and maintenance workers are always timely and efficient as well as friendly. The walls are thick, it is always quiet here. The building is well maintained and updated regularly. There is nothing I don't love about this place!
