Used to not have any issues really. The place was not cleaned when I moved in but I was determined to move and took it as is and cleaned, patched holes in plaster and painted on my own. Pay rent on time, and have been here a few years with minor maintenance issues. Lately larger issues have come up and it's been a real struggle getting things fixed. I've had an open hvac issue for months that still isn't scheduled to completed. I had a major leak on my kitchen ceiling from my upstairs ac unit that I warned them about that ended up collapsing my ceiling leaving wet mildly dry wall all over my Kitchen that I had to deep clean myself and still took weeks for repair the whole in my ceiling. There was open plaster exposed that had mold and mildew on it, and I let them know my son was extremely allergic to mold and mildew. The biggest issue has been we energies turning off my downstairs neighbors gas meter due to them not paying, and finding out our gas lines are mixed up. I am paying for my downstairs and they are connected to mine. So because of this I have not had gas for three weeks and have contacted them many times to get someone out to fix the lines only to be ignored. I had to get the city involved for them to think it was a big deal. I have four kids in the home with no hot water and no stove. The maintenance department needs to step it up. Communication needs to happen between them and the tenants. The lack of communication from Pam has upset me more than needing to take the family to the gym to shower and lack of cooking the way I'm used to. All I wanted was someone to tell me what was going on. It never should Have needed the city demanding them to fix it to get done, especially when I have one of their contracted plumbers telling me he would do it if they'd just assign it to him.

Worst management company ever! Rodney needs to be Fired. I called the city of West Allis. Setting up a time when city can do a walk through and shut this place down and move all of the tenants out. No Hot Water! Drains don't work. Windows don't match up to shut them properly. To many things to list. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE! Everything these ppl are saying is true. I wish I looked at all this before moving in now I'm screwed.

These people are jokes. They take your money for the application fee then give you the run around before they stop responding to you. They text you from multiple different numbers, they text once a day with a single question and then don't respond afterwards, they don't know how to write proper sentences either. Extremely unprofessional, and at the end of the day a complete waste. They just get off on the $50 per person application fee. Ridiculous.

If I could give it zero I would. As an owner dealing with this company has been a nightmare, do not use them as management. I email and call multiple times with zero response. They have zero customer service and are not aware of anything that they're doing. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT rent anything with this company. I’m still waiting for my security deposit refund, and it’s been almost a month since I requested it. I applied for an apartment at 4008 89th St in mid-July. I was approved and told that to secure the place, I needed to pay a $1,075 security deposit. Since I was about to start a new job and the pictures on their website looked decent, I went ahead and paid it. I also asked Rodney to arrange a showing for that weekend. Little did I know that the building’s common areas were filthy—trash, toys, and clothes littered the carpet outside tenants’ doors. The storage area for my unit in the basement had someone else’s belongings, the washing machines smelled awful, and one was broken. I told Robin, the agent (who was nice at all times), that I would not be moving in but would continue browsing other properties on their website. She understood and told me to call the office, which I did. The following Monday, Rodney told me that was fine and to let them know if I was interested in another property so they could arrange a showing. However, I ended up finding an apartment through another company. I called Rodney to request my deposit refund. He was friendly and asked for my bank account info, saying that I’d have the money back within 3–5 business days. A week passed and nothing. I called—no answer. Later, he texted asking if I had received the money yet. When I said no, he replied that he would speak to the accounting team. Since then, he has never answered my calls. He responded a couple more times by text, apologizing for the delay, but a few days ago he stopped replying altogether. This isn’t the end of the matter, but I wanted to warn others: what happened to me could easily happen to you if you do business with this company.
