- SPSyphon PhosynApr 11, 20221.0Don’t let the place fool you. Things they don’t tell you: They host several Airbnb’s in the buildings so strangers in and out constantly. Packages often go missing. Homeless people often breaking in and then they send you emails telling the residents to wait to enter the only entrance to the building, that is unless you pay an increased $185 a month for the few underground parking spaces available. Their only entrance fob/intercom system frequently breaks down. The only two elevators in this 8 floor building often stall, one works other doesn’t, one is down, one is locked out. The office hours are not accurate at all, as the front office worker will rarely actually be there.
