- BWBrianna WarnerOct 19, 20235.0I cannot say enough great things about Melissa the leasing Manager at MKE Lofts. The apartment itself is beautiful, well-kept, modern, and has terrific charm and amenities. But how often do you really hear about the terrific on-site staff? Melissa has been and is wonderful to work with! I called on a Tuesday to inquire about a unit, thankfully she had one that just became available the Friday before. She got me in on Tuesday afternoon to see the unit, and was able to get me the electronic documents to fill out a lease, pay the deposit and do all the necessary lease items within the next 12 hours. She and Jesse (the on-site maintenance tech) made sure my unit was cleaned again (even though it was spotless at walkthrough) and ready for me to move in on Friday. It's been an oddity that I have found since moving to Milwaukee in September that someone is not only this responsive, but helpful and kind too! Any time I have needed anything, had a question, or needed help with local resources this team has been there for me. Again the unit itself is amazing, perfect location, awesome views, close to everything, and located in an incredibly safe and secure building, but the staff makes this an even more desirable place to live. 5 of 5 stars - hands-down

They keep their properties very up to date and are very quick to respond to maintenance request. 10/10 would recommend living here!
- SSSierraSep 9, 20215.0Lived here for two years and absolutely loved my apartment. The appliances were modern, the windows were massive, and the high ceilings provided such an open, welcoming, and clean ambiance. The location is great, particularly for downtown commuters. However, do not underestimate the downtown noise, including frequent sirens, engine revs, and city goers, though you might get used to it. The exterior walls are thick and sturdy, which can impact cell service. Thankfully, my wifi provided ample service and reliable wifi calling. Additionally, the management company and the leasing staff can be flakey, so do not take their word for anything until you have it in writing. Luckily my interaction with them was minimal and maintenance requests were few and far between. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and would certainly consider MKE Lofts again if I move back to Milwaukee.

We had to cancel our lease as my daughter got into another school in a different state. They worked with us to get the apartment leased and were always professional and empathetic with our situation. I had heard of nightmare situations, from some people about when they had tried to cancel their lease before moving in and I was a bit anxious to approach them. I was so surprised at how they handled this - with the utmost grace. Can't wait to visit Milwaukee so I can meet them face to face. Thank you again for making this such a positive experience. I highly recommend working through this agency.
