  I’ve lived in 3 different units here across 4 years. Maintenance is always on top of it, management replies to you quickly, and the units are nice. The parking garage is horrible to park into, but that’s because it’s underground and the entrance is a single car door in the alley. It’s worth the hassle though for the added safety! One of the best parts of the building is the club room, fitness center, and hot tub. The club room has foosball, ping pong, and pool with a full kitchen and living room set up area. The hot tub area downstairs has a sauna and steam room as well! And there’s no amenity fee which is almost unheard of these days. Hot tub pictured below.

  The grand wisconsin is an overall great building. The front desk staff is responsive and helpful. on site maintenance is super quick, and the staff always does a nice job with organizing community events!

  I've been living here for the past 2 years, and I couldn't be more satisfied. So many major upsides: 1) Excellent value for money, especially when compared to the surrounding apartment complexes. I've toured multiple of them which are similarly priced (Plankinton Lofts, Boston Lofts, The Buckler, etc.), none of them offer nearly as much as GW does. 2) Fully equipped and furnished apartments (fridge + freezer, A/C unit, washer and dryer inside the units, dishwasher). 3) 24/7 gym (a large one with lots of space and equipment!), spa with a hot tub and 2 saunas, game room, on-site one stop-shop open 9AM through 9PM for emergencies. 4) Friendly and highly responsive staff and management, monthly social events. 5) Great neighbors, all young professionals and students, I've never had an issue with a single one of them. 6) Everything within walking distance -- shops, restaurants, convenience stores, Walgreens across the street, major attractions, riverfront. Public transportation right on the corner, unless you drive and park in the garage (or across the street in the giant parking structure). 7) Gorgeous historical building, kept clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place as the first choice in the downtown/Westown area for single occupants, couples, and groups of friends alike. Be our new neighbor!

  Management is awesome, apartments have concrete walls so you never hear your neighbors, great location downtown & the most reasonable apartment prices in the area. Lived here 2 years and am only moving because we are leaving town. Would recommend!

  Amazing experience here. Such a great company to rent from, I’m speechless from start through finish with how well we were taken care of. Maybe I’m just used to the typical Milwaukee landlord that squeezes every penny from you and delays repairs as much as possible, but this company had none of that. Repairs were extremely painless, made good conversation with your repair and cleaning crew multiple times throughout my tenancy. Always positive and always looking to help solve the issue. This company definitely went the extra mile with helping us move in, getting the apartment the way we liked and so much more. If it wasn’t for my job moving me, I would have re upped the lease in a heartbeat.
