However, there are some pressing matters that have not been resolved after me asking constantly, which becomes infuriating after a while. First, I have requested on both the app and our residential assistant for another key fob. We have heard nothing back after multiple attempts, and resorted to calling the apartment number, to no avail. This is becoming increasingly frustrating as we need another key fob. This needs to be resolved. Next, our downstairs neighbor is extremely disruptive and loud after hours. They are constantly yelling, banging, cursing, and smoking all times during the day. They bang on our floor because we walk, but they scream very obnoxiously after midnight, and I have audio and visual proof of their disturbances. They also smoke weed almost everyday, even after the apartment sent out emails about no smoking. They constantly do it. Something needs to be resolved about this, because it is a complete nuisance to our daily lives. Overall, the apartment is beautiful and I love the space, but we need a new key fob and the downstairs neighbor problem needs to be resolved urgently. When these are fixed, we will rate our experience as better.

- MAMary AntonneauMay 16, 20241.0I’ve lived in this building nearly 2 years and the washer/drying machines are constantly broken, and unfortunate they don’t answer maintenance requests. The staff is extremely difficult to get in contact with, both by phone and email. There are lots of dogs in this apartment and there is almost always barking, walls are thin too. There is an intercom system to let guests in, but this is broken most of the time too. I have a storage unit in the basement, and when I tried to get into the room one day, I couldn’t - they changed the locks without telling anyone. Smells like marijuana quite a bit. Overall I have had a pretty negative experience here and wouldn’t recommend.
