The location is ideal — close to downtown attractions, grocery stores, and parks, yet it still feels peaceful and private. As someone who works remotely, Brix has been a great fit for my lifestyle. The building is quiet and well-insulated. There are also nice common areas that make it easy to change up my work environment when I need a break from my unit. The amenities are a huge plus — from the fitness center and rooftop patio to the secure package room and parking garage, everything is modern, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Management has also been responsive and professional anytime I’ve had questions or needed help (Thanks Sean!). After moving around quite a bit, Brix has truly felt like home — it strikes the right balance between comfort, convenience, and quality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality place to live in Milwaukee. I will miss you Brix!

The apartments are gorgeous, especially on the 7th floor with the high ceilings and huge windows, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Amazing management and maintenance as well!! Overall, best experience living here!

The process of signing for the apartment was so smooth and staff were constantly communicating with me. The building is beautiful and has so many great amenities like the deck and gym. The building is also super secure with locked elevators, fob access everywhere, and security. I always felt safe which can be rare in Milwaukee. If you are looking for a place to live this is the best place in Milwaukee!

Location is perfect- 10-15 mins from the Hospital Things that contribute to 5/5 stars: - enclosed parking garage (i have a mustang and SO happy I wont have to scrape snow or freeze when I get in my car). But mainly happy about the safety component and not worrying about getting carjacked. - Gym in the building - Super cute furnishings. I literally dont have to buy anything. Just bringing my clothes. - it is very clean. After a few years of traveling I can tell when something is actually clean vs. looks clean at first glance. This is actually clean. - Architecturally beautiful building. Big windows - The space is very functional. Elevator straight up from the garage, recycle and trash chutes, spacious apartment. The washer and dryer is updated and close to the bedroom so I can maximize my laziness and not walk far to do laundry.
