I’ve had a great experience living here and can honestly say this is a top-tier luxury apartment community. The units are beautiful, modern, and well maintained, with high-quality finishes that really make it feel like home.
A huge shoutout to Joe from maintenance he’s outstanding. He’s always responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is taken care of quickly and correctly. Sean, the property manager, is equally impressive. He’s approachable, organized, and does an excellent job keeping the community running smoothly.
What really sets this place apart is the Brix community itself. The residents are friendly and welcoming, and there’s a real sense of pride in living here. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury apartment with great management and a strong community atmosphere.
I absolutely love this place. The staff is outstanding, friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in the community. It’s a close-knit environment made up largely of professionals, while still being very welcoming for small families. The location is unbeatable. Just about everything you need is within walking distance, and in the summertime the area comes alive with activities and opportunities to connect with neighbors who know how to balance working hard and enjoying life. The rooftop is a true highlight, featuring a beautiful fire pit and plenty of space to relax, host an event, or simply enjoy the vibe on your own. The building itself is quiet, well maintained, and residents are respectful of one another. Joe, our maintenance engineer, is an absolute rock star he takes concerns seriously and addresses them promptly and professionally. The building is also very dog-friendly, and running into the four-legged “concierges” in the elevator is always a highlight of the day.
If you’re looking for a unique apartment home with character, community, and convenience, Brix is absolutely the place to be.

I’ve truly loved calling Brix home!
My boyfriend and I live in a 2 bd/2 ba overlooking Walker’s Point with stunning views of the Allen-Bradley Clocktower and my personal favorite, the stained-glass Water Tower on top of the Coakley Brothers building. The location is honestly one of the best parts. You’re not right in the middle of downtown MKE, but you’re close enough to feel fully connected to everything the city has to offer. It’s such a perfect balance, both quiet and comfortable, but still full of culture.
This neighborhood has become one of my favorites in Milwaukee. It’s incredibly walkable and full of great spots! Within walking distance of Brix, you can grab a drink, enjoy some of the best bites in the city, pick up coffee, get a haircut, and more. I also travel a lot for work, and being just a quick drive to General Mitchell Airport and walking distance to Amtrak station (hello Hiawatha!) has been a huge bonus.
Our unit itself is beautiful. Gigantic windows, natural light, high ceilings, brick details, and exposed beams give it that historic character, while still feeling modern and thoughtfully updated. It’s a quiet building, but it never feels isolating. Neighbors are warm, kind, and friendly, which creates such a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere. The amenities are great, but the rooftop deserves its own paragraph. It’s always so well maintained, has comfortable seating and grills, and the views are incredible year-round. Summer nights up there are honestly magical! Great for watching fireworks.
I also cannot say enough great things about the management team. Sean, the property manager, consistently goes above and beyond for residents and is incredibly responsive. He hosts community events that are fun and engaging, and you can truly tell he cares about the people who live here. Joe, who leads maintenance, keeps everything in excellent condition and is always kind and helpful. And Jeremy, our community safety officer, makes the building feel safe and looked after, which brings peace of mind.
Living at Brix has genuinely enhanced how I experience Milwaukee. It’s comfortable, beautiful, convenient, community-driven, and just a really special place to live. I absolutely love it here and couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home.
Highly, highly recommend!

Brix Apartment Lofts is truly an incredible place to live in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood. Since the building used to be a candy factory, the building includes all the modern amenities but with tons of historic character, great natural light, and a location that puts you close to everything while still feeling like a relaxing escape. What truly sets the building apart are the people who work here—Sean, the property manager, is approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in creating a positive community, and Joe in maintenance is incredible at what he does: quick to respond, thorough, and always so friendly! Their care and professionalism make it such a great place to live (along with all the fun community events that Sean so graciously puts on), and together with the beautiful building, Brix truly feels like home in Milwaukee. Could not recommend it more!

I lived at Brix Apartment Lofts in Milwaukee for a little over two years and had a consistently positive experience. The building is secure, well-managed, and in a convenient location for accessing downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods.
The staff is a major strength of the property. Sean, the onsite property manager, is reliable, communicative, and addresses concerns quickly. Joe from maintenance keeps the building in great shape and is prompt with any service requests. It’s clear both take their roles seriously and care about the living environment.
Common areas and amenities were always clean and functional, and overall, the building feels well looked after. The only reason I moved out was due to relocating out of state, not because of any issues with the property.
For anyone looking for a solid, well-run apartment building in Milwaukee, Brix is a strong choice.
