  I am the owner of community oral and Maxillofacial Surgery- inside of the Brix building. It has been a delight working with Joe - our maintenance, do-it-all, expert. He always has a beautiful warm smile, and it is so good to have him as a support person in our space. I can rest easy knowing that he is taking care of our building and space. If you are looking for a place with reliable and caring maintenance, this is the place for you. Thank you for all you do, Joe!!

  I have worked with Brix as their Landscape Vendor for the past 7 years and am grateful I get to work with Brix to not only maintain the landscape but beautify it more and more each year. The Green roof patio overlooking the city is always beautiful! I have also had friends who have lived her and have loved it. I have also been on the property and have always loved the attention to detail that is taken at the property, inside and out.

  My partner and I have been living at Brix for a little over 3 years and we love it here! Convenient location, great apartment, clean and beautiful building, and AWESOME management and maintenance. Truly best rental I’ve ever lived in(and I’ve lived in a lot of places in MKE). Our maintenance needs are always resolved quickly. Sean and Joe go above and beyond to make sure we and everyone else in the building is happy. Brix feels like a small community and management brings us together by throwing epic parties a few times a year. I’ve made a lot of friends here and we don’t intend on moving out until we buy a home.

  I’ve had a great experience living here and can honestly say this is a top-tier luxury apartment community. The units are beautiful, modern, and well maintained, with high-quality finishes that really make it feel like home. A huge shoutout to Joe from maintenance he’s outstanding. He’s always responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is taken care of quickly and correctly. Sean, the property manager, is equally impressive. He’s approachable, organized, and does an excellent job keeping the community running smoothly. What really sets this place apart is the Brix community itself. The residents are friendly and welcoming, and there’s a real sense of pride in living here. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury apartment with great management and a strong community atmosphere.

  I absolutely love this place. The staff is outstanding, friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in the community. It’s a close-knit environment made up largely of professionals, while still being very welcoming for small families. The location is unbeatable. Just about everything you need is within walking distance, and in the summertime the area comes alive with activities and opportunities to connect with neighbors who know how to balance working hard and enjoying life. The rooftop is a true highlight, featuring a beautiful fire pit and plenty of space to relax, host an event, or simply enjoy the vibe on your own. The building itself is quiet, well maintained, and residents are respectful of one another. Joe, our maintenance engineer, is an absolute rock star he takes concerns seriously and addresses them promptly and professionally. The building is also very dog-friendly, and running into the four-legged “concierges” in the elevator is always a highlight of the day. If you’re looking for a unique apartment home with character, community, and convenience, Brix is absolutely the place to be.
