I am already considering not renewing my lease at the end of the year. I’m sure the challenge of staffing may be an issue but taking ten plus days to respond to emails, service request requests is unacceptable.
- MAMonica Van AkenMay 19, 20232.0This building used to be clean. The lobby was not filled with garbage, there were no old condoms, dental floss and chicken bones at the front entrance. The renters were not infesting the floors with endless fumes of dope, and the office was open on weekends so if people had parties the bathrooms were not foul for others all weekend. The management is disruptive in their lack of communication, and nine people I know moved out within six months because of Redtail mismanagement. I am so sad about it because I loved it here for 16 years and still do but the quality of care for the building and the tenants seems dismissive and indifferent. A total bummer.
