- TLTony LessmeisterDec 9, 20242.0Dec 2024: A few months ago I moved into a 900 sqft 1 bedroom unit in the building. That is double the size of most one bedrooms that I toured in the area!! The large space allows me to have a separate area for my living room and my work from home setup. On top of that, my unit has a great view of the city! The property managers are very friendly, maintenance is quick to respond to issues, and moving in was a breeze. I highly recommend this apartment building 6/12/25: 5 stars -> 3 stars I still enjoy living in this building but maintenance is a major letdown. Multiple times I have opened maintenance requests that are then closed without any apparent fix attempted for the issue. I provide detailed descriptions of the problem but it seems that it is just ignored. After reopening the same request multiple times and waiting weeks to months things finally get fixed 6/26/25: 3 stars -> 2 stars Despite assurances, in email, that the repair would be done first thing last week, there was another unsuccessful maintenance attempt and this time my apartment bathroom was left a mess when the maintenance team left. That's incredibly unprofessional and I still haven't heard any follow up a week later on if they will come back and actually complete the repair!
