Loud (construction only steps away and will continue for the next year at least!), Parking underground is at such a steep pitch that cars may get scraped and spaces are very tight. No amenities. All utilities are separate. Windows are drafty so heating and cooling are higher than they should be. Some units have been used as Air B&Bs. Beware of the huge centipedes!
